Processing and Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within one business day. Please allow up to three business days during busy periods or if unexpected delays occur. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Destinations and Rates
We ship to selected countries within the European Union. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Other supported EU countries: 1–7 business days, depending on the destination
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, local delivery services, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive the tracking details by email after your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Customs and Import Charges
Orders shipped between countries within the European Union are generally not subject to customs duties or import charges.
Check Your Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address information may cause delays or additional shipping costs.
