Refund policy

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, starting from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://account.3dreefing-solutions.com, go to your orders, and submit a return or cancellation request. You can also contact us at info@3dreefing-solutions.com.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will refund the full purchase price, including the standard outbound shipping costs, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that if you chose a more expensive shipping option than our standard rate, we will only refund the standard rate. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
