Are your products safe for reef aquariums?
Yes. Parts intended for use inside the aquarium are printed in PETG or PETG-CF—durable materials suitable for saltwater aquarium use. Where magnets are used, they are protected against moisture and direct contact with the aquarium water. Additional information about materials and proper use can be found on each product page.
How do I know whether a product will fit my equipment?
Each product page states which light, pump or other piece of aquarium equipment the product has been designed for. Where relevant, you will also find dimensions and available variants. Not sure about compatibility? Send us the exact brand and model of your equipment through our contact form before ordering, and we will be happy to check it for you.
How are your products installed?
Most of our products are designed for straightforward installation without complicated modifications or specialist tools. Instructions for installation and use can be found on the relevant product page. If you need any help, feel free to contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. Orders of €75 or more qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands.
We also ship to selected countries within the European Union. The available shipping options and costs are shown during checkout. Free shipping is available from €100 for the other supported EU countries.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within one business day. During busy periods or in the event of an unexpected delay, processing may take up to three business days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed, tested and produced in the Netherlands. Only a small number of ready-made components, such as the UV-C lamp supplied with the ReefSweep Mini, are sourced externally.
Can I request a custom solution?
Have you encountered a practical reef-aquarium problem that does not yet have a good solution? Tell us about it through our contact form. We will be happy to consider whether an existing design can be adapted or a new solution can be developed. Not every request will be feasible, but good ideas are always welcome.
