Thaw and feed frozen food directly in your reef aquarium

The Frozen Food Feeder holds frozen fish food in a basket while it thaws in the aquarium. As the food breaks apart, loose particles pass through the honeycomb openings into the surrounding water.

The open filling funnel makes it easy to add food from above. An adjustable screw clamp attaches the feeder to rimless aquarium glass up to 19 mm thick, without magnets or suction cups.

Designed for everyday feeding

• Capacity for 4–5 frozen food cubes, depending on cube size. Choose the portion to suit your fish.

How to use

1. Place the clamp over an accessible aquarium glass edge, with the feeding basket inside the aquarium.
2. Gently tighten the screw until the feeder is secure. Do not overtighten.
3. Ensure the perforated part of the basket is submerged and the filling opening remains above the water.
4. Add the desired portion of frozen food. Water movement helps carry released food particles into the aquarium.
5. Remove any remaining food after feeding and rinse the feeder with clean water.

The rate of thawing and release depends on the food, portion size and local water flow.
